1. Delivery Locations & Timelines
We deliver across the UAE. Estimated delivery times depend on your emirate and delivery area.
- Sharjah: 2–3 working days
- Dubai: 3–5 working days
- Ajman: 3–5 working days
- Abu Dhabi and the remaining emirates: 5–7 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Charges
- Orders below AED 49: Shipping charges will apply and will be calculated according to your emirate and delivery area. The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.
- Orders of AED 49 and above: Free shipping is available on eligible, non-discounted products.
- Discounted products: Free shipping does not apply to discounted items.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD Verification
ODCC offers Cash on Delivery (COD) with a prepayment requirement for the applicable COD charges.
For COD orders:
- After you place your order, our team will contact you by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp.
- You will be asked to pay the applicable COD charges in advance.
- Your COD order will be confirmed and processed for dispatch only after the required COD charges have been paid.
- If the required prepayment is not completed, your order will remain unconfirmed and may not be dispatched.
Please note that the prepayment is for the applicable COD charges and is separate from the remaining order amount payable upon delivery.
4. Prepaid Orders
For orders paid online in full, no additional COD verification or COD-charge prepayment is required. Once your payment is successful, your order will be processed for dispatch automatically, subject to stock availability and normal order processing procedures.
5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, shipment details will be shared after dispatch. Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update.

6. Accurate Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name, mobile number, emirate, area, building details and any other information required by the courier.
Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery delays or failed delivery attempts. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable and communicated to the customer.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that your mobile number is reachable and someone is available to receive your order.
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect or the courier cannot contact the customer, the courier may arrange another delivery attempt or return the shipment to us, subject to its procedures.
8. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and supporting photographs, where applicable.
We will review your request and assist with an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
